We collect information you provide directly — including your name, phone number, and delivery address when you express interest in our products or place an order via WhatsApp or our website.
We use your information to process orders, send order updates, and inform you about new product launches. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you interact with SWVRA on Instagram or Facebook, we may use Meta's platform APIs to respond to your messages and comments. This is governed by Meta's own privacy policy in addition to ours.
Payments. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy and security standards.
WhatsApp. We use WhatsApp to send order confirmations, invoices, login codes and replies to your messages. These messages travel through WhatsApp's platform and are also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. We send offers and new-collection updates only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time by messaging us.
Delivery. To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number and delivery address with our shipping partners (such as Shiprocket and its courier partners).
Automated tools. Some replies to your messages are prepared with the help of automated tools, including AI services, which process the content of your message only to respond to you.
Customer data is stored securely on our own servers and is accessible only to SWVRA team members. Backup copies are kept in a private cloud storage account controlled by SWVRA.
