Our story
For the woman who checks the fabric first
There is a moment in a shop when a woman reaches past the display and takes the cloth between two fingers. She is not looking at the print yet. She is asking a quieter question. How will this feel at four in the afternoon, and will it still feel that way a year from now.
SWVRA began there
Most of us have a wardrobe full of clothes we own and a small handful we reach for. The difference is rarely the print. It is the weight of the cloth, the way a sleeve sits, whether the day ends with you still comfortable in it.
We started SWVRA to keep only that handful. Pure natural fabrics, quiet detail, pieces that carry a woman from a working morning into an evening without asking her to change who she is.
Chosen one at a time
Palak chooses every piece herself, one at a time, and turns most of them away. What arrives has been held, looked at closely and worn before it is offered to you.
That is why the collection is small and why it grows slowly. A piece earns its place here or it does not appear at all.

Detail you notice on the second look. Nothing that shouts a name across a room. The woman wearing it should be the first thing anyone sees.

The two of us
SWVRA is run by two people. Palak curates the collection and decides what belongs in it. Sarthak builds everything the brand runs on, from the storefront you are reading to the systems behind it.
We are based in Odisha. Between us there is no buying committee and no floor of approvals, which is the point. If a piece is here, one of us stood behind it.
