Refunds and exchanges

Exchanges are free. Within 14 days of delivery, exchange a piece for another size or another piece. Nothing is deducted.

Cancellations. Before your order is dispatched, 5% is deducted and the rest is refunded. After dispatch, 15% is deducted, which covers the courier both ways and handling.

Refunds go back the way you paid. Cards and net banking take five to seven working days, UPI usually less. A cash on delivery order cancelled before dispatch costs you nothing.

To cancel, reply 3 to our WhatsApp message, or write to us on WhatsApp.
